I’m delighted to introduce our new, premier Growth Consultancy – RedVent Strategy & Design Pvt Ltd. We help businesses unlock hidden Customer Value to accelerate profitable growth.

Over the last 40 years, my career has been about one thing: creating customer value to drive growth – across Unilever, Gillette, Procter & Gamble and the Aditya Birla Group.

In every role, I’ve seen the same pattern:
